HCPL Diagnostic – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HCPL Diagnostic, we value your time and trust. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for all patients using our diagnostic services. The following Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms related to appointment changes, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Before 24 Hours:Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any additional charges.
Within 24 Hours:Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may allow rescheduling once as a goodwill gesture, subject to availability.
No-Show:Failure to appear for the appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
2. Home Sample Collection
- If our phlebotomist reaches your location and the sample collection is declined without valid reason, a service charge may apply, and no full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation is made before the phlebotomist is dispatched, a full refund or free rescheduling can be availed.
3. Service Cancellation by HCPL Diagnostic
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to technical issues, unavailability of staff, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
- For payments made via credit/debit card, it may take additional time depending on your bank’s policies.

6. Non-Refundable Services
